Our Service
We advise on any and everything, from designing structural alterations to giving outline prices, commissioning inexpensive one-off pieces of furniture to overseeing projects from the clients' brief through to completion.
Our initial consultation is charged at £100. It will take approximately one-hour and should ideally take place on site, in the property. Thereafter consultancy is charged at £75 per hour.
The initial consultancy charge is refundable on projects which proceed, over the value of £3,000.
Prices are subject to VAT which will be charged at the current rate.
