Introduction
(1) Designer Advice: £100
An hour's on-site meeting with instant advice about how to maximise presentation.
(2) A day to style for sale: £500
First we meet to agree tactics, then two or more of our team re-style your property.
(2 separate sessions).
(3) Sell with Show house appeal: Initially £250
An hour's appointment with our Stylist, followed, if necessary, by a discussion with Bricks and Mortar for kitchen and bathroom re-modelling.
We give you a written quotation before setting to work swiftly to get the property back on the selling market - transformed.
Furniture rental packages are available to 'stage' a lifestyle appropriate for your property. Fixed items must be purchased.
The £250 fee is refundable for jobs over £2,000
